Pigs and 5

He loves rolling in the snow and mud!

 I worked day shift yesterday (so I was gone from 5:45am to 8:15pm) and so it was my day off from Koda. I missed him! Today I took him over to the pigs and did c/r whenever he got really close to the pigs. Definitely saw a difference. I can't wait to try it when we are riding.

After that we went over to one of the turnout pens and did more with the ball. I didn't c/r until he had pushed the ball at least 5 times. So fun watching him think about it! I need to think about how I can give him signals to push the ball forward and to the left/right.

I got a few small orange cones today and will work on him picking them up this week. I love training my boy. Tomorrow is my lesson with Sammy and I'm looking forward to practicing more with collection. :)
